Charitable Gift America is a powerhouse nonprofit that does what no one else in the country can—we empower student-athletes from the U.S. and abroad through NIL contracts with built-in charitable components, while ensuring compliance.

What We Do

Established in 2012, Charitable Gift America supports hundreds of charitable organizations and individual philanthropists around the country. We’ve provided NIL contracts with charitable giving requirements to Big Ten, Big 12, SEC, Horizon League, MAC, AAC, and Southern Conference schools in both men’s and women’s sports. We are the only organization in the country that provides opportunities for international athletes to enter into NIL contracts.
